I have extensive experience with Workday, having utilized the platform for 14 years and configured it for our workforce over the past 7 years. My expertise spans Human Capital Management (HCM), Benefits, Absence, Security, Performance, Time Tracking, and Compensation. I am passionate about solving complex challenges and developing processes that enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
Since joining the Customer Sharing Movement, I have experienced significant professional growth. This community has provided invaluable opportunities to ask questions, share insights, and connect with highly skilled professionals.

Five years ago, I helped implement Workday HCM, successfully going live during COVID with the first software system at our company that could reliably run outside the office with no VPN. I started out focusing on ETL solutions for data migration, then moved into integrations across HR, benefits, compliance, and financials.
As I got deeper into Workday, I took integration courses and looked for ways to keep learning. That’s how I found the Customer Sharing Movement and got to connect with other Workday pros—including meeting David from California in person at DevCon in San Jose. Since then, I’ve attended Workday Rising and Pre-Rising every year from 2022 to 2024, plus every DevCon—including the first-ever Pre-DevCon in 2024. These events have been a great way to keep learning, sharing knowledge, and growing in the Workday space.
I’m Workday Pro certified in integrations but always looking to level up. I’m especially excited about Workday Extend and the chance to design, solution, and build useful apps!
